General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The GDPR is Europe’s new privacy regulation. It gives you control over the data that organizations have about you and how they market to you.
I will not rent or sell or share your email with any third party, and I never have. However, I do use third party analytics software (Clicky as of this writing). In some cases, I may place a cookie on your side to enable me to better understand who is visiting this site and how they use them.
I use cookies to enable you to have a better experience with my content. For example, I use these cookies to avoid asking you for your credentials twice.
I don’t serve ads to site visitors using any third-party tools.
What is GDPR?
GDPR stands for General Data Protection Regulation, a new privacy law that regulates the processing of personal data relating to individuals in the European Union.
GDPR strengthens the rights that individuals have regarding their personal data, and seeks to unify data protection laws across Europe.
What does GDPR mean for you?
I'm treating everyone as if they lived in the EU. This means:
All credit card processing is done with Stripe, and at this point of writing, I use the email address associated with your Stripe account to verify you as a paid customer.
I
may
send you an email right after your purchase(s) to share information regarding your purchase, but I
will not
enroll you into any newsletter without your permission.
I’ll continue to share, inform, and work with my customers and readers, and will update this page from time to time.
Thanks for engaging with me.
Cheers,
Anthony, Owner of Tyjo Studio
